Envy is close to some of Darwin’s best restaurants and shops but enjoys the tranquility of a quiet street. Access is via secure entry with a lift to all floors. The apartment is fully air-conditioned, has ceiling fans throughout if you prefer the dry season breezes and is very easy care with cool beautifully tiled floors in a delicate taupe and rugs. The lounge has a stunning leather lounge and a leather chair so seats 6 – 8 very comfortably. A fabulous Italian dining table is located overlooking the enormous private patio. This verandah is almost another room with a ceiling fan, an 8 setting luxury outdoor setting, and a pleasant breezy leafy aspect. Envy offers 3 bedroom areas. The king room has its own ensuite and has a king size bed with outstanding linen and art. The Queen room has its own verandah at the rear and immediate access to the 2nd bathroom. Attention to detail for all bedrooms has meant that every room has an exceptional interior design statement. The third bedroom is air-conditioned and has 2 single ensembles. Although this is the smaller of the three rooms, it is still extremely comfortable. The bathrooms are 1 large ensuite, one separate bathroom with a bath and shower and toilet. On the upper level is a master bedroom with views over the sea. Decorated with flair and again a masterful nautical theme of antique galleons and clippers. An extremely comfortable King Size Captains bed awaits, wonderful side lamps and a view of the moon or the sunrise as you prefer! An ensuite with a bath for candlelight and champagne, a shower makes this area complete. The latest designer colours have been used throughout. The apartment is in wonderful freshly painted condition. The atmosphere is cool and casual but up-market. Stylish and very comfortable Envy fully equipped with excellent linen, towels and all kitchen equipment, cutlery and glasses (even champagne glasses for that tropical sunset!) The third bedroom has two super comfortable twin ensembles. Spacious and divinely decorated, totally air-conditioned throughout with spacious wardrobes and mirrors decorated with Sotheby’s flair, there is truly nothing like this property available in Darwin. There is a full laundry with front-loading machine and dryer. The kitchen is very well equipped and comes with everything you will need - including a large refrigerator and Miele dishwasher. There is of course a plasma screen television with cable (Austar), DVD and stereo system and fast FREE wireless internet. Start-up continental Breakfast items are provided including fresh grain bread, butter, teas, coffee and milk. We will make sure the fridge is stocked with a complimentary chilled bottle of Champagne and some chilled beer to welcome your guests to the tropics! We can provide extra cost inclusions and extras including extra stocks of fresh tropical fruit, red or white wine. Just ask! There is undercover secure parking, a secure lift and the gardens including the roof garden have been landscaped to include masses of beautiful tropical plants including bamboos, lilies, gingers, mangoes and mast trees. The roof garden also boasts 2 x 6 - 8 seater spas, and two full BBQ areas. You will have a special access number to open the combination marine style deadlock and there is not formal check-in. Your apartment will be available to you on your arrival and the lights and air-conditioning on with everything ready for you to sit down and relax. On departure we just like you to turn off the air-conditioning and depart leaving the keys and the car park buzzer inside without the extra concerns of a formal check-out.
